Another major part of this project is the earthwork. About 3/4 of my entire lot had to be dug up and moved. And since the lot is mostly sand, I had to bring in fill dirt that would compact down so trucks could get into the site. We had quite a few trucks get stuck in the sand.

I also decided to try and make a turnaround in the front of the house so I had EIGHT huge truckloads of fill dirt brought in to build it up. Cause I couldn't get the truck into the lot, they had to dump it in the street and my excavator carried it into the lot.
